Looking forward to hosting the Ultimate Relaxation Yin Yoga and Gong Meditation event at Indee Yoga Hemel Hempstead in collaboration with Henika at Lessons Learnt Daily.
Henika is an officially trained and qualified yoga meditation teacher with the Yoga Alliance. She takes a holistic approach to yoga, taking it outside the realms of just a physical exercise class and into a developmental practice which equips her students with tools for everyday life.
